Remake/ Custom Order
Remakes/ custom orders can be done at request (when materials are available). Payment has to be made before
the item is crafted.
Returns and exchange
We are sorry we do not do refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, kindly drop us an email and
we will try to resolve the issue.

We accept major credit cards payment through Paypal. Please visit their website www.paypal.com if you need
more information.
For local orders (Singapore) only, we also accept POSB/DBS funds transfers.
UOB funds transfer is available at request - please state in "remarks" section when submitting the purchase form.
Please choose your preferred payment method when you reach the purchase page. We will send you an invoice
by email when you have submitted your purchase form. Payments are expected to be settled within 3 days from
the date of the invoice, failing which, the purchased items will be sent back to this website for sale again and the
dead buyer will be blacklisted. Please click to buy only when you are serious in buying.
Shipping and Handling
All goods will be packaged securely in resealable airtight plastic sleeves and bubble wrap-lined envelopes and
sent via SingPost. We ensure a return address on every package.
Ocha Cream is not to be held responsible for any delay/ loss of mail.

Depending on various destinations, please allow 3-12 days for delivery. Any delay at the destination countries is
beyond our control. For festive postings, it is advisable to add another 10 working days to the delivery time.
Registered Mail requires an additional 2 days as it is a recorded delivery service.

The only time we will collect information from you is when you submit a purchase form.
