1. Why are your prices so high/ low?

    Many people might think "handmade" means "cheap". If you think so, please think again. Ocha
    Cream's products are either one-off creations or limited editions. The materials are not as cheap as
    you would imagine them to be and a lot of efforts are being put into the making of each piece of
    jewelry. In addition to that, I have to source for materials, design the products, craft them, sell/
    market the creations and maintain my website. These are the manpower costs that you might not be
    aware of.

    If you think our prices are low, thank you. Our goal is to provide customers with great stuffs that are
    within their budget.

2. How long does it take for my purchases to arrive?

    I usually ship the items by the next day after payment is made. Therefore, for local shipments, if you
    have paid on, say, Monday, you would normally receive the products on Wednesday. For
    international shipments, please allow 3-12 days for delivery, depending on the destinations. Any
    delay at the destination countries is beyond our control. For festive postings, it is advisable to add
    another 10 working days to the delivery time. Registered Mail requires an additional 2 days as it is a
    recorded delivery service.

3. How do I know if a piece fits me?

    Measurements are given with all descriptions. For necklaces/ bracelets, you can either:
    a. take a measuring tape and see whether the measurement fits you nicely, or
    b. measure a piece of your own necklace/ bracelet and compare it to the given measurement.

4. I have sensitive skin and I'm not sure whether I can wear your jewelry.

    You can wear those that are 14k/ 22k gold-plated and definitely those that are gold-filled or 925 silver. For
    the antique coloured normal metal ear hooks, we're proud to announce that we now put a coat of allergy
    jewelry shield on them. The shield would wear off after a period of time, just as the gold-plated ones.

5. I would like to get a piece but it is too long/ short for me. Is it possible to alter the length?

    Yes, it is possible.

6. How do I care for my purchases?

    Do avoid contact with perfume and alcohol. Wipe clean your jewelry every time after you have worn it. Put
    your jewelry in the airtight plastic sleeve provided to protect it and prevent tarnish. Store it in a dry, cool and
    dust-free environment.
